My name is Rachel Kuntz and I am a senior. Class of 2020! I am in Newspaper because it seems interesting and I want to try something new. I like to do crafty things and art. For example, I enjoy painting, drawing, and even coloring in a coloring book.
I enjoy going to my cabin in Lincoln. It's a place where I can get away from social media and the internet and have fun in nature and explore different parts of Lincoln. I also love chilling with my friends and just having a goofy and wonderful time together.
My summer was exciting because my family visited my grandma in San Marcos, California. My favorite part of the trip was seeing the old town; it is a historical town that has cool art, like day of the dead paintings and statues, and good Mexican food. Yum! Also, dancers danced with a cup of water on their head to slow music. I also attended a summer camp at 1+1=1 gallery where I was able to show my work in their Young Voices gallery opening.
I do not have a job. I'm just trying to enjoy high school life. My plan for the future is to finish high school and go on a fun trip to California with my best friend, then start looking for a job in the art field.
