Hello, my name is Daytona, and here are a few things about me and why I decided to do journalism! When I was a child, I had a love for reading and writing–all my teachers always said I had a “gift,” but as I got older, I drifted away from all of it. For my senior year I decided it would be exciting and interesting to start exploring that area again. I think it’s going to be really fun to get to go around and do interviews and find stories about the school and our community.
